President Ganhoyag and his family are amazing. We have been here only 2 weeks and have been to their house for meals at least four or five times. So I'm sure this page will grow.
This is Nara, his wife, fixing us yet another meal!
They are always so concerned about us. He and Erdmee helped us try to get our printer fixed. We couldn't find anyone here who could do it so we will have to send it to UB with the youth conference group so it can be fixed there.

This is a fun game, but it hasn't taken on here yet the same way that it did in Murun. They are probably still playing it there and will be forever!
Just another example of their kindness, President Gankhuyag found us a pipe wrench at the church and came over to help fix our water purifier. Even after we got the old one off, the new one still leaked, so he took Alan to the store to get some horsehair to fix it. He came back with a friend and they had it fixed in about 5 minutes. It's so nice to not have it spraying us all the time and mixing the purified water with the other water!

President Ganhuyag was so excited when he got his turkeys and geese. He already had chickens. He said he was going to raise them and sell the young, but he sold some of them to other people to eat.
This was the day they were delivered. He was so excited. He invited over to his house after church to watch them be delivered.
We saved all our dry bread and old vegetables to feed the birds.
They were sure a noisy lot. I'm not sure how they slept at night. I guess the birds slept too!

We only got one turkey egg. This shows the difference in the sizes of the two eggs.
President Gankhuyag is a real animal lover. He had a variety of pets including
this guinea pig! He also has plans to expand his poultry farm to a new place out in the country!
One day we went over to make tortillas. While I made them, Alan helped the
branch president's brother with a project to rebuild part of their house.
This was a pretty amazing wheel barrow. Most people don't have them
and haul their brick on boards.

They provided the insides and we had meat, potatoes, boiled eggs and carrots in our burrito. It was really
Mongol-Mex, but was also pretty good with ketchup on top! President Gankhuyag really liked them. I doubt they will make tortillas again because the shells for buuz are so much easier.
