Next was Batkholboo. He was called to serve in the Ogden, Utah Mission, but the attached booklet was for the Provo Mission. It was finally decided that he really was to serve in Provo. We are so excited. We will be able to see him when we get home. Anyway, the day he opened his call there were about 30 people at the church. It was an exciting day!
Oyuntuya was the next to receive her call. She has been waiting a long time and was so excited when it finally came. However, she was so determined that she would serve in the US or China that when she opened the call to Mongolia she was very upset. We didn't take pictures of that! But here we are with her after she had decided to serve in Mongolia and before she left for the Philippines MTC.
We helped three other missionaries fill out their paperwork to take with them the next day to UB to get their process started. It was as eventful night getting all three of them done when we didn't speak the language. Oyuntuya was the biggest help.
Turbat, Battsetseg and Gansukh submitted their papers at the same time.
They were all three called to serve in Mongolia and will enter the MTC in August. Battsetseg opened her call at her home so we were not able to get pictures of her But here are Turbat and Gansukh the day they opened theirs.
We took them out to lunch with our district. We had a great time and they will all make great missionaries. Above: Our Choibalsan District: Oyuntuya, Elder Gantogtoh, Elder Bataa, Sister and Elder Groesbeck.
In additional, Boditsig and Purvee submitted their papers to be the first Mongolian senior couple to serve. They had not yet received their call when we left Choibalsan.
Our beautiful Choibalsan building.
