Belated MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Alison sent two boxes from the US on December 5 with Christmas games, etc. for the Murun Branch.  We were hoping they would arrive before leaving for Choibalsan, but they didn't come.  We were sure they would come before we left UB, but they didn't come.  Finally, we got word that we had a box and Puje opened it in UB for us to take out the items for the Murun Branch.  And it wasn't Ali's box, but a surprise box from Kim and Susan Banks, our sweet friends and neighbors in Mapleton!  They sent that box on December 28 and it was here and Ali's boxes weren't.  We were starting to think they were lost in the Christmas rush and would never be seen.  But finally, about January 10, they arrived in UB.  There was a group of PF members coming to work on our building, so they brought all three boxes.  It was so fun opening them with all the yummy food and fun things they sent.  Thank you so much for thinking of us and for sending us wonderful American things we haven't seen in quite awhile. Susan sent Cheetos, Pringles, candy canes, hot chocolate, Oreos, Nutter Butters, cookies, pudding, chocolate covered Ritz and so many other wonderful goodies! This woman knows me well!

Alison's box included BINGO, Phase 10, Skipbo and Uno cards--some for Puje and some for the Murun Branch.  Then she sent so much candy, which the kids who were at the church that day really enjoyed, peppermint hot chocolate, cheese powder, Christmas nativities, stockings, wrapping and ornaments.  She sent canned chicken, and other wonderful goodies.  We were so excited.  But most exciting about the box were the plates that Ellia and Brynnley made for us and Puje.  They were carefully wrapped and didn't break.  We were so glad.  Such a cute gift from sweet granddaughters. We love them--the plates AND the GRANDDAUGHTERS!
