Outing with the Browns

We decided we wanted to do something special with our Brown Grandchildren, so we decided to go to Thanksgiving Point to the petting zoo.  But on the way, of course, we had to stop a Cabelas and feed the fish!  They have some huge and really ugly fish there, but the kids loved feeding them and looking at all the stuffed animals on display there.  The twins didn't enjoy the fish much, but they were sure happy to be on an outing.  They are the best little ones, with generally a very sweet temperament.

THANKSGIVING POINT

So we went to the farm and met all the animals there!  There were some pretty cool ones.
Ethank really got a kick out of feeding the sheep!
Probably the highlight of the whole outing was riding the ponies.  They both loved the ride and had to go twice it was so much fun.  And, of course, Ethan had to pick one of the biggest ponies to ride.  You can tell by their faces that they were having a great time!

The hayride had a great wagon which was pulled by massive horses!  They were pretty
friendly, but the kids were not so sure!

Ethan and Kimee had to ride the tractor!  We though Ethan would be
thrilled since he LOVES tractors, but he was a little hesitant, so Emilee got on with him.

The tractors in the learning center were more Ethan's size!
We also found some cute little "ants" in the ant farm maze!
And Jake and Bekah were just happy to be along for the ride.
We had a great day and topped it off with dinner at Burger King!  Just as we were getting off the freeway, the Excursion Emilee was driving picked up a huge piece of metal and the tire went totally flat.  BUMMER!
