Archery

This was very interesting to watch.  They shoot weighted arrows at a stack of PVC pipe marked with red and black.  Any arrow that hit the red area was a high score and any arrow that knocked down any of the pipes was scored.  The distance was about 100 yards and 90 yards for the women. The lady setting up the pipes had to very aware of any wayward arrows!  I don't think I would have liked her job!

These are 13th century recurved bows that gave Chinngis Khaan the advantage in his battles because they shot farther than a long bow.  They are very hard to string and it takes two people to do it.

The man in the gray deel did the best.  It was interesting to watch.
